I became a personal trainer in 2017 and spent years training clients full-time while also pursuing a nursing degree. In January 2021, I stepped away from coaching to focus on nursing, and by the end of 2022, I stepped into my most important role yet—becoming a mom.
Motherhood reshaped my priorities, but it also reinforced why fitness matters. As a mom, I have to show up for myself—staying strong, healthy, and consistent, even when life is busy and unpredictable.
That's why I coach now—not just as a trainer, but as a mom of 2 who understands real life. I know we don't all have the same 24 hours in a day... let me help you maximize yours.
